Delaware High School Basketball - Caesar Rodney holds off Woodbridge
February 13, 2023: Camden, DE 19934 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Caesar Rodney Riders (Camden, DE) and the visiting Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE), saw Caesar Rodney's basketball squad hold off Woodbridge by a tally of 82-78.
With the victory, Caesar Rodney improves its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Riders travel to Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE) to confront the Ravens in a Henlopen - Northern challenge on Thursday, February 16. The Ravens come into the challenge with a record of 2-17. Sussex Tech lost 52-46 in their recent league challenge against Smyrna (Smyrna, DE)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) in a Henlopen - Southern challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Woodbridge will attempt to improve on its 10-10 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 77-19 non-league win over Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD).
