New Jersey High School Basketball - Elmwood Park crushes Wallington
February 13, 2023: Elmwood Park, NJ 07407 Elmwood Park Crusaders (Elmwood Park, NJ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wallington Panthers (Wallington, NJ), 47-12 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Elmwood Park upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Crusaders host Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 15. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Wood-Ridge lost 51-37 in their recent league bout against Saddle Brook (Saddle Brook, NJ)
Next up, the Panthers play the Eastern Christian Eagles (North Haledon, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Wallington will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 46-25 non-league win over Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ).
