In Thursday's league contest, the host Word of God Christian Academy Holy Rams basketball team scored a close 61-56 win over the NC GBB Academy Eagles.

The Holy Rams (12-12) will now prepare for their contest against Winston Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC). The Lions come into the CAASC Western contest with a 16-7 record.
