Iowa High School Basketball - English Valleys triumphant over North Cedar
February 13, 2025: North English, IA 52316 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the English Valleys Bears (North English, IA) and the visiting North Cedar Knights (Stanwood, IA), observed English Valleys's basketball team overwhelm North Cedar by a margin of 54-31.
The Bears (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA). The Tigers come into the South Iowa Cedar challenge with a 7-16 record. In their last challenge, Iowa Valley trounced H-L-V (Victor, IA), 53-52, in a league challenge.
