February 13, 2025: Stephen, MN 56757 Grafton Spoilers (Grafton, ND) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Stephen-Argyle Central Storm (Stephen, MN), 53-43 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Grafton upgrades its record to 8-14 on the year. The Spoilers travel to Four Winds/Minnewaukan (Fort Totten, ND) to face the Indians in a A Region 2 match on Friday, February 14. The Indians enter the match with a record of 5-15. Four Winds/Minnewaukan lost 78-34 in their recent league match against Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND)
The Storm now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] for a A Section 8 match on Monday, February 17. Stephen-Argyle Central will face a Northern Freeze squad coming off a 64-41 league loss to Warren-Alvarado-Oslo (Warren, MN). The Northern Freeze record now stands at 8-7.
