Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Orono knocks off Jefferson
February 13, 2025: Long Lake, MN 55356 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Orono Spartans ice hockey team scored a close 9-3 victory over the Jefferson Jaguars.
The Spartans (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Champlin Park (Champlin, MN). The Rebels go into the non-league contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Champlin Park was routed by Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN), 5-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Jaguars play the St. Louis Park Orioles (St. Louis Park, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 15. Jefferson will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Orioles go into the contest with a 13-9 record after their 8-2 non-league win over New Prague (New Prague, MN).
