February 14, 2023: Burton, MI 48519 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Jackson Trojans (Jackson, MI) and the host Atherton Wolverines (Burton, MI), saw East Jackson's basketball squad overcome Atherton by a tally of 56-39.
With the victory, East Jackson improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Manchester (Manchester, MI) to confront the Flying Dutchmen in a Cascades challenge on Friday, February 17. The Flying Dutchmen come into the challenge with a record of 1-15. Manchester lost 46-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Blissfield (Blissfield, MI)
Next up, the Wolverines confront the Morrice Orioles (Morrice, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Atherton will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Orioles come into the challenge with a 3-15 record after their 65-47 non-league win over Genesee (Genesee, MI).
