February 14, 2023: Mastic Beach, NY 11951 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the William Floyd Colonials (Mastic Beach, NY) and the visiting Half Hollow Hills East Thunderbirds (Dix Hills, NY), saw William Floyd's basketball squad hold off Half Hollow Hills East by a tally of 57-55.
With the victory, William Floyd improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Colonials travel to Commack (Commack, NY) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 17. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Commack won 58-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Sachem East (Farmingville, NY)
