Ohio High School Basketball - Twinsburg can't hold off Solon

The Solon Comets basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Twinsburg Tigers to 69 in the Comets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Comets now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brunswick for a Greater Cleveland contest on Friday, February 17. Solon will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 71-56 non-league loss to Stow-Munroe Falls (Stow, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 14-6.

The Tigers (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against Wadsworth (Wadsworth, OH). The Grizzlies enter the Suburban - National contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Wadsworth nudged Highland (Medina, OH), 68-60, in a non-league contest.
