Amundsen Vikings (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mather Rangers (Chicago, IL), 86-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Amundsen upgrades its record to 14-15 on the season. The Vikings travel to Fenwick (Oak Park, IL) to clash with the Friars in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Friars go into the bout with a record of 16-16. Fenwick won 65-15 in their recent non-league game against Senn (Chicago, IL)

With the defeat, Mather moves to 11-12 on the year.
