In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Garces Memorial Rams basketball team scored a good 52-42 triumph over the Independence Falcons.

In their next game, the Rams meet the Tulare Union The Tribe (Tulare, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 16. Garces Memorial will attempt to move on its 12-15 season record. The The Tribe enter the match with a 12-16 record after their 46-36 non-league win over North (Bakersfield, CA).

With the defeat, Independence moves to 10-16 on the year.
