Florida High School Lacrosse - Newsome drops to Windermere

Windermere Wolverines (Windermere, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Newsome Wolves (Lithia, FL), 11-4 in a non-league battle.

The Wolverines now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Olympia for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 16. Windermere will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Seminole (Sanford, FL). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Wolves clash with the Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, February 18. Newsome will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Chiefs come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 21-1 non-league win over Tampa Catholic (Tampa, FL).
