New Hampshire High School Basketball - Keene holds off Salem
February 14, 2024: Salem, NH 03079 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Keene Blackbirds (Keene, NH) and the host Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH), saw Keene's basketball squad hold off Salem by a tally of 68-63.
With the victory, Keene improves its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Blackbirds host Dover (Dover, NH) to confront the Green Wave in a Division I challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Green Wave come into the challenge with a record of 9-8. Dover won 58-46 in their recent league challenge against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, NH)
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Alvirne Broncos (Hudson, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 16. Salem will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 46-36 non-league win over Dover (Dover, NH).
