February 14, 2025: Baton Rouge, LA 70818 The Central Wildcats baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Central Lafourche Trojans to 0 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.
The Wildcats now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ascension Catholic for a non-league test on Saturday, February 15. Central will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Hahnville (Boutte, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Central Lafourche drops to 2-1 on the year. The Trojans travel to Brusly (Brusly, LA) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, February 15. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 3-0. Brusly won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Terrebonne (Houma, LA)
