Maryland High School Basketball - Kent Island sneaks past Easton
February 14, 2025: Easton, MD 21601 The Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD) basketball edged the host Easton Warriors (Easton, MD), 61-55 in Friday's league bout.
The Buccaneers now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cambridge-South Dorchester for a Bayside - North bout on Monday, February 17. Kent Island will play a Vikings team coming off a 71-64 league win over Colonel Richardson (Federalsburg, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 24-1.
With the loss, Easton falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Warriors host Kent County (Worton, MD) to play the Trojans in a Bayside - North bout on Tuesday, February 18.
