In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish basketball team scored a good 61-53 win over the Medina Battling Bees.

The Fighting Irish (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against McKinley (Canton, OH). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 16-5 record. In their last contest, McKinley defeated Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH), 78-64, in a non-league contest.
