Michigan High School Basketball - Clare triumphant over St. Louis
February 14, 2025: Clare, MI 48617 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Clare Pioneers (Clare, MI) and the visiting St. Louis Sharks (St. Louis, MI), observed Clare's basketball team overwhelm St. Louis by a score of 46-24.
The Pioneers (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Petoskey (Petoskey, MI). The Northmen come into the non-league challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Petoskey trounced Gaylord (Gaylord, MI), 56-40, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Sharks encounter the Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI) in a Tri-Valley - West Blue challenge, on Monday, February 17. St. Louis will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 49-42 league win over Valley Lutheran (Saginaw, MI).
