February 14, 2025: Alexandria, SD 57311 Lennox Orioles (Lennox, SD) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Hanson Beavers (Alexandria, SD), 62-29 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Lennox upgrades its record to 12-6 on the year. The Orioles travel to Beresford (Beresford, SD) to face the Watchdogs in a A Region 4 match on Tuesday, February 18. The Watchdogs enter the match with a record of 10-9. Beresford lost 70-47 in their recent league match against Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD)
The Beavers now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chamberlain for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. Hanson will face a Cubs squad coming off a 57-24 non-league loss to Wagner (Wagner, SD). The Cubs record now stands at 3-14.
