Georgia High School Soccer - Cedar Shoals toppled by Clarke Central
February 14, 2025: Athens, GA 30605 Clarke Central Gladiators (Athens, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA), 6-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Clarke Central advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Gladiators host Athens Academy (Athens, GA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Monday, February 17. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-1. Athens Academy lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Jackson County (Jefferson, GA)
The Jaguars now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madison County for a 4A Region 8 test on Tuesday, February 18. Cedar Shoals will clash with a Red Raiders team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Chestatee (Gainesville, GA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 1-0.
