Hillcrest Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL), 16-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Hillcrest upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL) to play the Bears in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Bears enter the game with a record of 0-0.
