The Taft Raiders (San Antonio, TX) softball routed the visiting The Woodlands Highlanders (The Woodlands, TX), 9-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Raiders now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cross Roads for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 15. Taft will encounter a Bobcats team coming off a 16-2 non-league loss to Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-3.
