Connecticut High School Basketball - Bassick overwhelms Harding
February 15, 2022: Bridgeport, CT 06610 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bassick Lions (Bridgeport, CT) and the host Harding Presidents (Bridgeport, CT), saw Bassick's basketball squad wallop Harding by a tally of 77-44.
With the victory, Bassick improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT) to confront the Governors in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 16. The Governors come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Wilbur Cross won 77-69 in their recent non-league challenge against Hamden (Hamden, CT)
Next up, the Presidents confront the McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 17. Harding will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Senators come into the challenge with a 2-14 record after their 61-50 league loss to Trumbull (Trumbull, CT).
