Kentucky High School Basketball - Union County holds off Crittenden County
February 15, 2022: Morganfield, KY 42437 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY) and the visiting Crittenden County Rockets (Marion, KY), saw Union County's basketball squad hold off Crittenden County by a tally of 71-68.
With the victory, Union County improves its record to 16-9 on the campaign. The Braves host Daviess County (Owensboro, KY) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 17. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 10-14. Daviess County lost 64-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY)
Next up, the Rockets confront the Fort Campbell Falcons (Fort Campbell, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 17. Crittenden County will attempt to improve on its 11-12 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-20 record after their 68-38 non-league loss to Victory Baptist Academy (Shelbyville, TN).
