Minnesota High School Basketball - Minnetonka over Hopkins
February 15, 2022: Minnetonka, MN 55305 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) and the host Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN), saw Minnetonka's basketball squad overcome Hopkins by a tally of 91-81.
With the victory, Minnetonka improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Skippers travel to Edina (Edina, MN) to play the Hornets in a AAAA Section 2 challenge on Friday, February 18. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 13-9. Edina lost 60-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Wayzata (Plymouth, MN)
Next up, the Royals play the St. Michael-Albertville Knights (Albertville, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 22. Hopkins will attempt to improve on its 13-8 season record.
