Illinois High School Basketball - Kaneland can't hold off Rock Falls
February 15, 2022: Rock Falls, IL 61071 The Rock Falls Rockets basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Kaneland Knights to 42 in the Rockets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Rockets now sport a 11-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dakota for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 16. Rock Falls will battle a Indians team coming off a 62-60 league win over Durand (Durand, IL). The Indians record now stands at 11-10.
The Knights (16-7) will now prepare for their contest against Plano (Plano, IL). The Reapers come into the Interstate Eight contest with a 15-13 record. In their last contest, Plano edged Ottawa (Ottawa, IL), 55-47, in a league contest.
