The Luverne Cardinals basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Pipestone Arrows to 39 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Worthington for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 22.

The Arrows (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN). The Lakers enter the AA Section 3 contest with a 2-18 record.
