Michigan High School Basketball - Kearsley holds off Clio
February 15, 2022: Flint, MI 48506 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kearsley Hornets (Flint, MI) and the visiting Clio Mustangs (Clio, MI), saw Kearsley's basketball squad hold off Clio by a tally of 42-36.
With the victory, Kearsley improves its record to 3-14 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Holly (Holly, MI) to confront the Bronchos in a Flint Metro challenge on Friday, February 18. The Bronchos come into the challenge with a record of 0-17. Holly lost 43-27 in their recent league challenge against Birch Run (Birch Run, MI)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI) in a Flint Metro challenge, on Friday, February 18. Clio will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 5-12 record after their 40-26 non-league loss to Mason (Mason, MI).
