The Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) basketball nipped the host Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ), 38-36 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Pride (15-11) will now prepare for their test against Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 24-5 record. In their last test, Sunrise Mountain got by Ironwood Ridge (Tucson, AZ), 76-53, in a non-league test.

The Saints now own a 19-9 record.
