In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. Paul Central Minutemen (St. Paul, MN), by a count of 56-18.

The Spartans (7-16) will now prepare for their outing against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN). The Eagles go into the AAA Section 6 outing with a 2-20 record. In their last outing, Kennedy was crushed by Fridley (Fridley, MN), 58-43, in a non-league outing.
