Oklahoma High School Basketball - Velma-Alma can't hold off Binger-Oney
February 15, 2024: Binger, OK 73009 The Binger-Oney Bobcats basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Velma-Alma Comets to 55 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bobcats now sport a 21-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caddo for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 17. Binger-Oney will battle a Bruins team coming off a 44-33 non-league win over Amber-Pocasset (Amber, OK). The Bruins record now stands at 18-6.
The Comets (21-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wilson (Wilson, OK). The Eagles enter the Oilfield contest with a 19-7 record. In their last contest, Wilson nudged Central (Marlow, OK), 62-58, in a league contest.
