Kentucky High School Basketball - Hart County tops Metcalfe County

February 15, 2024: Edmonton, KY 42129

Hart County Raiders (Munfordville, KY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY), 66-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hart County upgrades its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Raiders host Washington County (Springfield, KY) to play the Commanders in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Commanders come into the bout with a record of 17-9. Washington County won 62-53 in their recent non-league bout against Bluegrass United (Lexington, KY)

Next up, the Hornets play the South Warren Spartans (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Metcalfe County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-17 season record.
