Sherman Tide (Seth, WV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Tolsia Rebels (Fort Gay, WV), 59-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Sherman upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season.

Next up, the Rebels play the Man Hillbillies (Man, WV) in a Freelance bout, on Saturday, February 17. Tolsia will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Hillbillies go into the bout with a 4-10 record after their 59-54 non-league win over Richwood (Richwood, WV).
