New York High School Basketball - Baldwinsville toppled by West Genesee
February 15, 2025: Camillus, NY 13031 West Genesee Wildcats (Camillus, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Baldwinsville Bees (Baldwinsville, NY), 53-35 in a league match.
With the victory, West Genesee upgrades its record to 8-5 on the year. The Wildcats host Auburn (Auburn, NY) to face the Maroons in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. The Maroons enter the match with a record of 3-15. Auburn lost 51-39 in their recent non-league match against Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY)
The Bees now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corcoran for a Section 3 Salt City - Metro match on Tuesday, February 18. Baldwinsville will face a Cougars squad coming off a 72-45 league loss to Henninger (Syracuse, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 5-9.
