The Strathmore Spartans (Strathmore, CA) basketball were winner over the visiting Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA), 54-45 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 18-11 record. They play next when they travel to Madera South for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 19. Strathmore will play a Stallions team coming off a 85-58 non-league win over Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 18-11.

With the loss, Bishop Union falls to 18-8 on the campaign.
