The Highland (Warrenton, VA) varsity basketball team won Saturday's neutral conference tournament game against Prince George’s Christian Academy Regional (Blue) (Landover, MD) by a score of 72-46.
The Highland Hawks basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Prince George's Christian Academy Blue Flyers to 46 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hawks now possess a 34-5 record. They play next when they travel to Clinton Grace Christian for a non-league game on Monday, February 17. Highland will play a Eagles team coming off a 66-53 non-league win over Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 23-6.
With the loss, Prince George's Christian Academy Blue falls to 19-10 on the campaign. The Flyers host New Hope Academy Regional (Landover Hills, MD) to play the Tigers in a Freelance game on Monday, February 24. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 12-18.
