Vermont High School Basketball - Twinfield thwarts Blue Mountain
February 15, 2025: Wells River, VT 05081 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Twinfield Trojans (Plainfield, VT) and the host Blue Mountain Bucks (Wells River, VT), observed Twinfield's basketball team knock off Blue Mountain by a score of 39-23.
The Trojans (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Williamstown (Williamstown, VT). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 14-5 record. In their last challenge, Williamstown prevailed over Rice Memorial (South Burlington, VT), 50-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bucks encounter the Stowe Raiders (Stowe, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 17. Blue Mountain will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 0-17 record after their 72-6 league loss to Hazen (Hardwick, VT).
