Lovett Lions (Atlanta, GA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA), 14-3 in a non-league contest.

The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against South Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The War Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, South Forsyth was overwhelmed by Wesleyan (Norcross, GA), 16-8, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Eagles meet the North Oconee Titans (Bogart, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 21. Mount Paran Christian will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
