The Manistique Emeralds (Manistique, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Engadine Eagles (Engadine, MI), 52-31 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Emeralds (5-11) will now prepare for their test against Ishpeming (Ishpeming, MI). The Hematites go into the non-league test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Ishpeming was trounced by Iron Mountain (Iron Mountain, MI), 58-33, in a non-league test.
