The Colon Magi basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Marcellus Wildcats to 41 in the Magi non-league victory on Thursday.

The Magi now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Climax-Scotts for a Southern Central contest on Friday, February 17. Colon will battle a Panthers team coming off a 59-24 league win over Athens (Athens, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 8-7.

The Wildcats (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Mendon (Mendon, MI). The Hornets come into the Southwest 10 contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Mendon was routed by Centreville (Centreville, MI), 81-47, in a league contest.
