Louisiana High School Basketball - Chalmette nudges Ruston
February 16, 2023: Ruston, LA 71270 Chalmette Owls (Chalmette, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ruston Bearcats (Ruston, LA), 38-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Chalmette upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Owls travel to Mandeville (Mandeville, LA) to clash with the Skippers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 20. The Skippers go into the bout with a record of 23-6. Mandeville won 61-45 in their recent non-league bout against Northshore (Slidell, LA)
