Illinois High School Basketball - Teutopolis tops Mt. Carmel
February 16, 2023: Mt. Carmel, IL 62863 Teutopolis Wooden Shoes (Teutopolis, IL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL), 45-25 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Teutopolis upgrades its record to 26-5 on the campaign. The Wooden Shoes travel to Pana (Pana, IL) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 21. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 23-9. Pana won 50-28 in their recent non-league test against Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL)
The Golden Aces now own a 17-16 record.
