February 16, 2023: Atlanta, GA 30307 Lakeside Vikings (Atlanta, GA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Druid Hills Red Devils (Atlanta, GA), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Vikings face the Pace Academy Knights (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 21. Lakeside will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Marist (Atlanta, GA).
The Red Devils now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Meadowcreek for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 21. Druid Hills will face a Mustangs team coming off a 0-0 non-league Johnson (Gainesville, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-1.
