Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Decatur Eagles (Decatur, TX), 8-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host John Paul II for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 16. Reedy will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Lovejoy (Lucas, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-2.
