Minnesota High School Basketball - Pine Island can't hold off Christ's Household of Faith
February 16, 2024: Pine Island, MN 55963 The Christ's Household of Faith Lions basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Pine Island Panthers to 62 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rush City for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. Christ's Household of Faith will battle a Tigers team coming off a 78-51 non-league loss to Avail Academy (Minneapolis, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 5-20.
The Panthers (10-16) will now prepare for their contest against Stewartville (Stewartville, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 22-3 record. In their last contest, Stewartville edged Byron (Byron, MN), 65-29, in a league contest.
