Miami Warriors (Miami, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Follett Panthers (Follett, TX), 39-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Miami upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Warriors host White Deer (White Deer, TX) to play the Bucks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Bucks go into the bout with a record of 4-16.

Next up, the Panthers play the Groom Tigers (Groom, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Follett will attempt to upgrade on its 19-8 season record.
