Missouri High School Basketball - Lee's Summit West nips Raymore-Peculiar
February 16, 2024: Lee's Summit, MO 64082 Lee's Summit West Titans (Lee's Summit, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Raymore-Peculiar Panthers (Peculiar, MO), 48-43 in a league bout.
With the win, Lee's Summit West upgrades its record to 17-5 on the season. The Titans host North Kansas City (North Kansas City, MO) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 16-7. North Kansas City lost 58-51 in their recent league bout against Oak Park (Kansas City, MO)
Next up, the Panthers play the Blue Springs Wildcats (Blue Springs, MO) in a Freelance bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Raymore-Peculiar will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 4-20 record after their 70-55 league loss to Liberty North (Liberty, MO).
