Michigan High School Basketball - Lincoln Park holds off Woodhaven
February 16, 2024: Lincoln Park, MI 48146 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lincoln Park Railsplitters (Lincoln Park, MI) and the visiting Woodhaven Warriors (Brownstown, MI), saw Lincoln Park's basketball squad hold off Woodhaven by a tally of 59-55.
With the victory, Lincoln Park improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Railsplitters travel to Riverview (Riverview, MI) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 14-7. Riverview won 79-45 in their recent league challenge against Jefferson (Monroe, MI)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Summit Academy North (Romulus, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 20. Woodhaven will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The come into the challenge with a 15-2 record after their 69-57 non-league win over Edison Academy (Detroit, MI).
