The Hanover Park Hornets basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Roxbury Gaels to 23 in the Hornets non-league victory on Friday.

The Hornets now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Livingston for a non-league contest on Monday, February 19.

The Gaels (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Academy of St. Elizabeth (Convent Station, NJ). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Academy of St. Elizabeth was routed by Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ), 45-28, in a league contest.
