Kern Valley Broncs (Lake Isabella, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Summit Charter Collegiate Academy Bears (Porterville, CA), 62-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Kern Valley upgrades its record to 16-7 on the campaign. The Broncs host Foothill (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 21. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 13-15. Foothill won 50-19 in their recent non-league bout against McLane (Fresno, CA)
