New Mexico High School Basketball - Taos fells Moriarty
February 16, 2024: Taos, NM 87571 Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), 32-22 in a league bout.
With the win, Taos upgrades its record to 6-18 on the season. The Tigers travel to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to play the Hilltoppers in a 4A District 2 bout on Thursday, February 22. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a record of 13-10.
Next up, the Pintos play the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a 4A District 2 bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Moriarty will attempt to move on its 4-19 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the game with a 13-10 record after their 43-37 league win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).
